Reinforced Concrete Frames
Complete in-situ reinforced concrete frames — cores, columns, beams, slabs and stairs — taken from setting out through to strike. Shuttering, reinforcement and pour under one subcontract, so the frame stays on one programme and one point of responsibility.

Formwork & Shuttering
Traditional timber shuttering and proprietary panel systems, erected, aligned and struck by our own gangs. Walls, columns, soffits and edges built to line and level, so the concrete comes out square and the finish needs no making good.

Steel Fixing & Reinforcement
Reinforcement cut, bent and fixed to the engineer's bar bending schedules. Cages, mats and starter bars fixed with the right cover and spacing, ready for inspection before anything gets covered up.

Concrete Pouring & Finishing
Placing, vibrating and finishing — by pump, skip or chute depending on access. Poured to the specified mix, compacted properly and finished to the tolerance the follow-on trades actually need.

Groundworks & Foundations
The substructure everything else sits on. Excavation, footings, pads, pile caps and ground beams, set out accurately and cast to the engineer's design, with muck away handled as part of the package.

Slabs & Hardstandings
Ground-bearing slabs, industrial floors and external concrete. Laid to falls where they need it, power-floated where the spec calls for it, and cured properly so they don't craze or dust.
