What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, site postcode and job details you choose to give us. We do not collect anything else, and the site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out any work you go on to instruct. We do not sell your details to anybody, and we will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
How your enquiry reaches us
The enquiry form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form service, which processes the submission and forwards it to us by email. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Both providers process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we need them for the job and for our business records, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@gasolidworks.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are not happy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Any updates to this policy will be published on this page.
