Placing, vibrating and finishing — by pump, skip or chute depending on access. Poured to the specified mix, compacted properly and finished to the tolerance the follow-on trades actually need.

The substructure everything else sits on. Excavation, footings, pads, pile caps and ground beams, set out accurately and cast to the engineer's design, with muck away handled as part of the package.

Why G&A
Concrete goes wrong at the handovers — between the groundworker, the shuttering gang, the steel fixers and the concrete gang. We do all four, so there's nobody to pass the blame to and nothing to fall between the gaps.
How it works
Send us the tender pack, the GA drawings or the engineer's details. We'll tell you quickly whether it's a job for us and what we'd need to price it.
We measure the concrete, formwork and reinforcement off your drawings and come back with a written quotation that itemises labour, plant and materials.
We set out from your grid, erect and align the formwork, then fix the reinforcement ready for the engineer's inspection.
Concrete placed, compacted and finished, shutters struck when the cubes allow, and the structure handed over ready for the follow-on trades.
